Matt Gallo, Chief Engineer

 

Matt has twenty-six years’ experience as a high-rise building engineer. Currently, Matt is Chief Engineer with Crestone Partners and oversees engineering operations at the Janus Henderson, 1400 Wewatta, 1401 Wynkoop, and CA Technologies Building in Boulder.

 

Matt’s Chief Engineer responsibilities include operation, training and maintenance of all building systems, and employees, nd creating operations budget for the entire portfolio. Matt has experience operating many different operating systems and equiptment like, Niagara Tridium BAS system, Allerton BAS system, Carrier Comfort Network, Bacnet, Notifier and EST Fire Life Safety System, Mammoth roof top units, Temtrol air handling units, Joy and Flakt vane axial fans, Trane IntelliPak AC systems, Evapco and BAC Cooling towers, ABB, Reliance, Yaskawa, Danfos Variable Frequency Drives, Carrier Centrifugal and Screw Chillers, chilled and condenser water pumps, and natural gas domestic hot water boilers, process water boiler systems.

 

Matt also manages daily requests for tenant services. Prior to joining Crestone, Matt was an employee of Amerimar Realty and was the Chief Engineer at Denver Place’s North and South Towers. Matt works tirelessly to achieve energy efficiencies wherever possible, while never compromising tenant comfort and safety. Matt is skilled at identifying and implementing low cost or no cost energy efficiency upgrades.  Denver Place achieved the Energy Star Label several times while Matt served as the building’s Chief Engineer.  During his tenure at Janus, Matt and his engineering team spearheaded several HVAC and lighting upgrades which enabled the Janus Building to obtain its first Energy Star and LEED designations.  Janus recently earned a 100 Energy Star score. In 2016 the Crestone team was awarded the local BOMA’S building of the year award (TOBY) for Janus Capital and 1400 Wewatta facilities. Janus Capital also won reginal TOBY and went on to compete in the international competition.

 

Prior to his years at Denver Place, Matt worked as an engineer at numerous institutional- quality downtown Denver office towers, including Independence Plaza and MCI Tower. Matt is an EPA certified and City and County of Denver licensed refrigeration technician.

Kimberly Stanecki, Accounting Manager

 

Kim joined Crestone Partners in 2009 and is responsible for the day-to-day property accounting and financial statement preparation for all managed properties, including a 460-stall parking garage. She has over 20 years of corporate accounting experience in the real estate management and construction industries. Prior to joining Crestone, Kim worked for a family-owned construction contractor where she streamlined accounting and controls systems to assist the owners in expanding their business. Kim is proficient in several property accounting programs including Yardi Voyager, MRI, and Skyline.  Kim has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix and holds an Associate’s degree in Accounting.
