Robert T. Flynn is a founding principal of Crestone Partners and he began his career in real estate in 1982. He has held positions in accounting and finance, property management, asset management, investments, and property dispositions. Mr. Flynn spent twenty-one years with Amerimar Realty in Denver, the last thirteen as the principal in charge of Denver Place, one of Colorado’s largest mixed-use developments. In Mr. Flynn’s early career he was the Corporate Controller and later, the General Manager for the Colorado subsidiary of a large Canadian real estate Developer. He began his career with the international accounting firm of Deloitte Haskins & Sells (currently, Deloitte & Touche).

Mr. Flynn holds a BBA degree from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA degree from the University of Denver. He is a Certified Public Accountant, a Real Estate Broker, a LEED AP, and a course instructor for Building Owners and Managers International. Mr. Flynn serves on the boards of Downtown Denver, Inc., Downtown Denver Events Inc., and the Challenge Foundation.
