Matt Gallo

Matt joined Crestone in 2007 as the Chief Engineer for the office buildings portfolio. He has eighteen years’ experience as a high-rise building engineer.  Prior to joining Crestone, Matt was Chief Engineer for Amerimar Realty in Denver, overseeing building operations for a 800,000 square foot mixed use project.   Prior to joining Amerimar Realty, Matt worked as a building engineer at numerous downtown Denver office high- rise towers, including Independence Plaza and MCI Tower.

Matt is an EPA certified and City and County of Denver licensed refrigeration technician.  He has extensive experience in the operation and maintenance of building systems and has been involved in certifying office buildings for both Energy Star and LEED.
