Lori Carter, RPA & LEED AP
Lori joined Crestone when it was founded and is the Property Manager for Crestone’s office building portfolio. Lori was Property Manager for Amerimar Realty in Denver from 2002 until joining Crestone. From 1995 until 2002 Lori managed and leased medical and commercial office properties for The Trammell Crow Company and InSite Properties. In her early career, Lori handled property accounting for medical office buildings owned by HealthONE. Lori has extensive experience in upgrading commercial properties to meet Energy Star and LEED certifications.
Lori has a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Metropolitan State College. She is a licensed Colorado Real Estate Broker and a LEED AP. She also holds BOMA's Real Property Administrator designation. Lori has been a Building Owners and Managers’ Association (“BOMA”) member since 1998 and served as Denver BOMA’s President in 2007. She currently serves on BOMA’s International Education Committee, Government Affairs Committee and Energy and Environment Committee. She is past Co-Chair of BOMA’s International Energy Education Program.
